Prior to joining Goodwin Recruiting, he had a successful career as a Restaurant Owner, Managing Partner, and Corporate Supervisor with brands like Bonefish Grill, Hops Restaurant Bar and Brewery, and Beefsteak Charlie’s. Gordon’s extensive operational experience helps him better understand both candidate and client needs. Gordon specializes in finding talent for fast food, fast-casual, and casual dining establishments, as well as back-of-the-house roles and beverage managers and directors.
Gordon is a huge sports fan and has loyally followed his New York teams his entire life—no matter the consequence. He has a wonderful spouse of 38 years and three handsome and successful sons.
