Casey is a compassionate and purpose-driven recruiting partner who truly takes the time to listen to her candidates and clients. She leads by discovering their core values and establishing a relationship based on trust, empathy, and transparency. Inclusion and equity are incredibly important to her; she will be with you every step of the way and go above and beyond to provide support, advocacy, and kindness to her clients, candidates, and colleagues.
Casey has a background in education and coaching, beginning as a ski coach, later realizing she loved helping others find their passion and unleash their potential. The art of listening and being truly curious about others’ lives is what brought her to recruiting. After observing how the hiring processes vary and differ, she decided her charge in life was to provide equitable, values-based recruiting partnerships to her clients and candidates.
Casey can be found outside with her Clifford-sized dog, Jones. She loves to read, watch true crime shows, and go hiking! She truly looks at the work she does with Goodwin Recruiting as her passion as well and now understands what it means when they say, “It doesn’t feel like work when you do what you love.”
