Bill Shea joined Goodwin Recruiting in March 2017. Bill’s focus is on helping people find their dream job and not just settle. His specialties include all management positions within the hospitality business — restaurant, hotel, and country clubs, along with executive positions.
Bill started his career in the restaurant business at 15, washing dishes at a local Bonanza Restaurant. During that time, he progressed to eventually own a piece of the restaurant and spent the first 18 years of his working life in that building. Bill’s mentor was Dave Byrd, who taught him most of what he knows professionally and had a big influence on him personally!
Bill has been married for over 30 years to his wife, Terrena, and they have 4 wonderful children. Bill is a huge sports fan, with both the Green Bay Packers and Boston Bruins at the top of his list! His passion is playing golf or, as Terrena would say, “his obsession.”
