Arthur has a background in the management of fine dining and luxury boutique hotels. He began his career in food and beverage, working and managing in upscale steakhouses and contemporary fine dining. Arthur is a Certified Specialist of Wine, and passed the Wine and Spirits Education Trust, Level 3 examination in 2017.
After a period in that segment, Arthur transitioned to hotel leadership where he worked across the country on task force General Manager assignments in Maryland, Tennessee, Ohio, Georgia, and Arkansas, overseeing new builds and renovations for the upstart Graduate Hotels portfolio. Most recently, he was part of the opening team that built the newly constructed Epicurean Atlanta Hotel, an Autograph Collection property in the heart of midtown Atlanta.
Recreationally, Arthur is a professional hobbyist and avid competitor. He has competed in over a hundred Brazilian jiu-jitsu tournaments, and well over a hundred pool tournaments. A proud dog-dad to a German Shepherd mix, Duke, Arthur now resides permanently in Fort Worth, Texas.
