Michelle started her career in the world of business and hospitality. From personal assistant to general manager to the owner of her own restaurant and every position in between, working with and helping others has always been her primary motivation. While working full-time, she completed her degree in Secondary Education with a concentration in English. The latter, combined with her passion for teaching children, resulted in her working for more than a decade in the field of education.
Michelle is a true matchmaker and enjoys the challenges and rewards of pairing individuals’ personal and professional aspirations with the needs and expectations of clients. She feels that becoming a partner with Goodwin Recruiting has been the best career decision of her life!
