This August, we’ll be celebrating our 25th anniversary! 🎉 Over the course of this year, we’ll be sharing fun content around the number ‘25’, and stories from the amazing candidates and clients we’ve had the pleasure of working with.
To kick things off, we wanted to share what a privilege it has been this past quarter of a century (!) to be in the business of helping others; our clients, our candidates, and our own team.
Helping Our Clients Businesses
Finding the right people for our client’s hiring needs can have a profound impact on the future success of their company. It’s an honor to be able to connect them with the top talent they’re after, many of whom are passive job seekers, and to see the positive impact each person can have on our client’s businesses as the years go by.
We save our clients the time and energy of sourcing resumes, organizing schedules, interviewing, and more – and allow them to streamline their hiring process by focusing on a smaller pool of quality candidates. By offering insight into salary averages, industry trends, the job market, and more, we start to become trusted partners for advice in all things hiring. We’re open and honest with our clients, as the stronger our relationships become, the more we can help them find success with the candidates they’re after.
Changing Lives for Our Candidates
Helping to contribute to the career growth of our candidates is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do. We have the privilege of connecting with individuals to learn about their experience, their work history, and what motivates them. Seeing who they are as an individual, not just a resume. In every interaction, we do our best to build congruent relationships, and this has allowed us the ability to align our candidates with the clients that are a fit for them. It needs to be a win-win on both sides of the equation.
Oftentimes, we get to see our candidates move their way up within an organization, and at times, they’ll become the new decision maker – and possibly even our main contact for recruiting and hiring needs. It’s always fulfilling to see things come full circle.

When Eric founded Goodwin Recruiting, his goals were to have more time to spend with his family and to make a positive impact on the lives of others. This business has allowed him to do just that, and he couldn’t be more grateful. In building our team, this has been at the heart of it all – allowing our support team and recruiting partners to gain control of their work/life balance, to achieve the financial success they’re after, and to make an impact on clients and candidates daily.
We’ve had the pleasure of watching those on our extensive support team and recruiting partner team build their careers year by year. What an amazing thing to be a part of. You know there’s a great team of people working behind the scenes to build a company culture like that!
