Dear hiring managers – and all professionals in talent recruiting: We think you deserve a break today (and every day). So, grab your favorite beverage and put on your creative thinking cap. It’s time to unwind from the tasks at hand and give these entertaining brain twisters a whirl!  

In honor of National Puzzle Day on January 29 and hardworking hiring managers, Goodwin Recruiting created this word scramble especially for you. The letters in each word or group of words are randomly mixed up. Use the hints and your expertise to arrange the letters to form the correct word or words. Each of these terms is in your wheelhouse as an expert in talent recruiting!

This is an activity or ongoing effort meant to strengthen relationships that enhance collaboration, trust, and communication among employees in achieving shared goals.

Through this initiative, employers seek job candidates and promote employees from a wide range of backgrounds and perspectives, creating a fair, welcoming, and more innovative environment.  

 

10. MEERUS 

This document summarizes someone’s work experiences, education, and professional achievements. It is created by a job seeker in a way that will attract a hiring manager’s attention. It is usually accompanied by a cover letter, and sometimes, if job seekers are not careful, it can contain typos!
