Rex spent time as a technical recruiter in the past focusing primarily on software engineers and project leads before leaving to focus on his passion for youth athlete development amid fitness. After spending some time away from recruiting, he realized how much more of an impact he could have by creating employment opportunities for others. He hasn’t looked back since.
Rex is a huge baseball fan and overall Georgia sports fanatic (Bulldogs, Falcons, Braves). Rex enjoys playing baseball, working out, and fishing whenever he is not sourcing for tomorrow’s next talent. Rex also loves food. Lots and lots of food.
