James Schreck was born and raised in West Des Moines, Iowa. He moved to Denver, Colorado in 1998 and began his restaurant career, quickly moving up the ranks with Texas Roadhouse into a Managing Partner role and was with them for nearly 10 years. He then took on a multi-unit role with Basic Food Group where he spent 11 years moving into the Director of Operations role, working with multiple brands. James joined Goodwin in 2018 and has never looked back.
As a Regional Director, James supports his team and their businesses, utilizing his experience in hospitality, talent acquisition, and management. James has experience in hospitality and Brewing, Distillery and Winery recruiting.
James prides himself on creating and fostering long-term relationships.
