Senior Estimator/Project Manager Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000

WHAT DO YOU NEED?
- Project Management experience – 8 years
- Solid construction background
- Expertise in corporate cost controls and financial operations
- Ownership mentality and solid team building and leadership skills
- Solid Understanding of all state, local and tribal laws
- Lump Sum, CMGC and Design Build contract modeling expertise
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Day to day project management
- Responsible for scheduling and adhering to budgets
- Responsible for projects from start to completion phase – projects include civil, multi-family residential and industrial
