Job Title: Commercial HVAC Foreman
Location: Harleysville, PA
Job Type: Full-Time

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and supervise HVAC crews (2–10 techs) on commercial construction sites
- Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and project specifications
- Coordinate with project managers, GCs, and other trades
- Troubleshoot and ensure systems are up to code and spec
- Manage jobsite materials, safety standards, and timelines
- Mentor and develop junior technicians and helpers
What You Bring:
- 3–5 years of commercial HVAC experience
- Prior foreman experience preferred, but motivated lead techs encouraged to apply
- Knowledge of ductwork, sheet metal, and piping systems
- Ability to read prints, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
- EPA certification & OSHA 10/30 preferred
- Valid driver’s license + ability to lift/carry as needed on site
