MarQ’s journey into recruiting was a natural evolution from years of experience leading talent strategy, staffing operations, and workforce development initiatives. With a background in both corporate recruiting and entrepreneurial ventures, he’s worked across multiple sectors including healthcare, government contracting, tech, and insurance. MarQ has led high-volume hiring initiatives, built recruitment departments from the ground up, and consulted with C-suite leaders on retention and growth. His early years in leadership roles gave him a front-row seat to the power of people and culture, fueling his desire to match top talent with employers who value impact and long-term success.

MarQ discovered his passion for recruiting in his teenage years while organizing a local community choir, where he recruited volunteer musicians and singers from all walks of life. That early experience of bringing people together for a shared purpose planted the seed for what would later become his life’s work. After years of juggling multiple ventures, he felt called to focus fully on what he does best—connecting the right people to the right opportunities. Originally from a small town, MarQ credits his faith and upbringing for shaping the values he brings into every relationship.
