Eric is a hospitality professional with over 20 years experience with expertise in Restaurant management, Multi-unit management, Coaching & Development, profit & loss, Chef/BOH operations, FOH operations, Training, and Marketing. Eric also has time spent in the insurance industry as a commercial total loss adjuster, with an understanding of desk management, policy & legal review and application, interviewing clients with recorded statements, investigations & heavy equipment.
Eric is also very family-focused and enjoys time with his wife Carol, daughter Ava & their beloved pets Lucy, Ozzy & Paws. If not working or with the family you can find Eric at the lake, or great outdoors!
