He began his career as a Sous Chef and later advanced to Executive Chef, where he honed his skills in team development, operational excellence, and high-performance leadership. Leveraging this foundation, AJ transitioned into industrial and manufacturing recruitment, applying the same discipline, strategic insight, and people-first philosophy that defined his culinary career.
