Executive Chef Requirements and Qualifications:

Strong leadership skills and ability to make an immediate impact on restaurant results
Ability to build strong, cohesive teams and pursue excellence relentlessly
High volume Experience of 6M+
Strong experience in event execution
Review P&L results and develop a plan for possible improvements.
Mediterranean/Greek cuisine experience

Executive Chef Preferred Background and Skills:

High energy and a charismatic approach to guests interactions
Background in catering, banquets, or event-driven operations
Strong relationships with local purveyors and knowledge of sustainable sourcing
