Assistant General Manager Benefits and Compensation:

Assistant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

3-4 years of Restaurant Manager experience
Sales volume of $3Million+
Proficient in HotSchedules, Compeat, Aloha, Open Table preferred

Assistant General Manager Preferred Background and Skills:

Proven leadership experience
Passion for hospitality and exceeding the guest expectation
Exceptional guest relations skills – table touch and turn all into a regular
Scheduling, bar management, and PnL knowledge
