Property Coordinator / Assistant Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Property Coordinator to provide exceptional operational support across multiple private residences. This role is crucial for ensuring the readiness and maintenance of properties while delivering high-quality service and discretion.

Property Coordinator Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in property operations, hospitality, or private service
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision and adapt to a dynamic schedule
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for transporting items between properties

Property Coordinator Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Experience working with high worth / Private Residential
  • Familiarity with property maintenance and vendor management
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle unexpected situations
  • Previous experience in a concierge or customer service role. This position is very hands on.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times
