We are partnering with a leadership team seeking a polished, adaptable Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to support a CEO and senior executives across both professional and personal priorities. This role requires flexibility, strong judgment, and the ability to shift gears quickly in support of leadership needs.
This is a remote-based role in the Atlanta area with local, in-person support required for errands, appointments, and occasional coordination.
Executive Assistant Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, food & beverage and multi-unit businesses
- 5+ years supporting senior executives in an EA, PA, or blended role
- Based in the Atlanta area with reliable transportation
- Exceptionally organized, responsive, and detail-oriented
- Trusted with confidential and sensitive information
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and scheduling tools
- Must clear Background and reference check
Executive Assistant Expectations
- Own and manage fast-moving executive calendars
- Keep action items organized and moving forward
- Serve as a point of contact for key partners and vendors
- Schedule personal appointments and services
- Manage personal travel and day-to-day logistics
- Assist with purchases, deliveries, errands and follow-ups
- Provide in-person support in the Atlanta metro area as needed
- Keep files, records, and information organized and secure
- Track expenses, receipts, and reimbursements
- Help leadership stay focused, informed, and prepared
