Human Resources Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
- 5–7+ years of progressive HR experience with leadership responsibility
- Experience supporting HR functions for 1,000+ employees
- In-depth knowledge of employee relations, labor laws, and HR best practices
- Prior HR leadership in hospitality, restaurant, or automotive/auto sector
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification strongly preferred
- Proven project management skills and expert computer proficiency
- Willingness to travel between NJ and NY locations
- On-Site – NOT Work from Home, Hybrid or Remote
Human Resources Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Background in multi-site, multi-unit, or shift-based environments
- Experience in high-volume, frontline-heavy operations
