Administrative Assistant

This role supports senior leaders within a fast-paced, client-facing professional services environment. The ideal candidate is polished, proactive, highly organized, and comfortable balancing administrative, logistical, and interpersonal responsibilities across office and off-site settings.

Administrative Assistant Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic foundation
  • Minimum of four years of experience in an administrative, operations, or executive support role
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional presence
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to manage light physical demands as part of daily responsibilities

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and scheduling to optimize leadership efficiency
  • Coordinate detailed domestic travel arrangements and oversee expense tracking and documentation
  • Maintain and organize contact databases, files, and internal systems with a high degree of accuracy
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for clients, partners, and event stakeholders, including in-person engagements
  • Support special projects and evolving operational needs with sound judgment, discretion, and a hands-on approach
