An established restoration organization is seeking a Restoration Project Manager to lead smoke remediation, restoration, and repair efforts in response to recent wildfires in Altadena.

Role Overview:

You’ll oversee project timelines, budgets, and field teams to ensure efficient and high-quality restoration of affected properties. This includes coordinating cleaning and repair operations, managing resources, and collaborating with community partners to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage remediation and repair projects from start to finish
  • Track budgets, costs, and resources
  • Maintain project timelines and reporting (Gantt charts, status updates)
  • Lead field teams and ensure quality, safety, and efficiency
  • Communicate progress with stakeholders and partners

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in construction, restoration, or project management
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Financial literacy and budget management experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to thrive in evolving, fast-paced environments
