Join a lively brewpub where craft beer meets great food and community. We’re looking for a high-performing General Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can drive success in daily operations while leading by example and strengthening the team's performance.

General Manager – Benefits and Compensation:

  • Base salary starting at $80,000+, depending on experience

General Manager – Key Requirements & Responsibilities:

  • 5+ years of management experience in high-volume, full-service restaurant dining
  • At least 2 years as a General Manager
  • Strong P&L, labor, and inventory management skills
  • Proven ability to lead floor operations in a high-volume setting
  • Skilled in hiring, training, and developing high-performing teams
  • ServSafe Manager and TiPS certified (or willing to obtain)
  • Proficient with POS and scheduling systems

General Manager – Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Experience with local marketing and events
  • Ability to manage online reviews and delivery platforms
  • Strong communication and leadership presence
  • Community-focused mindset and comfortable engaging with regulars
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
