Join a lively brewpub where craft beer meets great food and community. We’re looking for a high-performing General Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can drive success in daily operations while leading by example and strengthening the team's performance.
General Manager – Benefits and Compensation:
- Base salary starting at $80,000+, depending on experience
- Performance-based bonus plan

General Manager – Key Requirements & Responsibilities:
- 5+ years of management experience in high-volume, full-service restaurant dining
- At least 2 years as a General Manager
- Strong P&L, labor, and inventory management skills
- Proven ability to lead floor operations in a high-volume setting
- Skilled in hiring, training, and developing high-performing teams
- ServSafe Manager and TiPS certified (or willing to obtain)
- Proficient with POS and scheduling systems
General Manager – Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience with local marketing and events
- Ability to manage online reviews and delivery platforms
- Strong communication and leadership presence
- Community-focused mindset and comfortable engaging with regulars
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
