A rapidly growing litigation law firm focused on plaintiff's side labor and employment law is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate. The firm consists of personable, published, and well-known trial attorneys and a group of extraordinary individuals who act as a cohesive team to achieve incredible results for its clients.

Litigation Associate Attorney

Responsibilities –

  • Conducting legal research on various employment law issues to support cases, client consultations, and legal opinions.
  • Analyzing statutes, regulations, case law, and other legal sources to provide informed advice
  • and strategies
  • Drafting legal documents such as complaints, answers, motions, and briefs
  • Maintaining case files, tracking deadlines, and communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
  • Assisting senior attorneys in all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and preparing witnesses
  • Other similar tasks

Qualifications –

  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in employment litigation
  • Have strong writing and research skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
