Director of Engineering Qualifications include, but are not limited to:

  • B.S. in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, or Chemical)
  • 10+ years of mechanical design and R&D experience
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing a team of 10+ engineers
  • Proven ability to manage multiple engineering functions (design, project execution, controls)
  • Strong project management and scheduling skills
  • Deep understanding of ISO standards, safety compliance, and quality systems
  • 5+ years of hands-on design experience with rotating equipment, powder processing, or power transmission systems
  • Proficiency in: Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), FEA, Vibration Analysis, Pneumatic Conveying

Director of Engineering Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead and mentor Mechanical Design, Project Engineering, and Electrical Controls teams
  • Oversee technical execution and delivery of complex engineering projects
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, and sister companies to align on customer needs and timelines
  • Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting when needed
  • Ensure engineering processes meet all quality, safety, and regulatory standards
  • Act as a key technical liaison internally and externally
  • Support cross-departmental initiatives, including Technical Center and Facilities projects
