Immigration Attorney (1-5 Years Experience)

Roswell, GA · Full-time, Hybrid

$85k – $100k/year

Step into an exciting role with a thriving immigration law firm that’s passionate about transforming lives! We’re on the hunt for a driven Immigration Attorney with 1-5 years of experience to join a close-knit team!

What You’ll Do:

  • Dive into a variety of cases, from AOS and Asylum to U Visas, Fiancé Visas, and Waivers.
  • Be the go-to expert for clients, delivering strategic advice and mentoring paralegals.
  • Craft compelling motions, petitions, and legal docs that make a difference.
  • Take the lead in Immigration Court (EOIR experience a bonus) and help shape the firm’s growth.

Who We’re Looking For:

A licensed US Bar attorney (GA) with 1-5 years in immigration law, a knack for family and humanitarian cases, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines. Bonus points if you’re bilingual (English/Spanish).
