We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager in our historic family friendly environment. The facility located between the Bay Area and the Central Valley of CA. Collaborate with a strong team of hospitality professionals to provide a terrific dining experience.

Kitchen Manager Qualifications and Responsibilities

  • 5 years experience in high volume concept
  • Oversee all food and culinary operations for restaurant and property-wide Food & Beverage offerings.
  • Develop menus, recipes, product control, and food quality specifications.
  • Manage daily food service operations, including kitchen standards, timing, quality, hiring, and staff training.
  • Train, supervise, and collaborate with cooks to meet company standards.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction through diverse, authentic, and on-trend cuisines.
  • Maintain high-quality food products across the resort.
  • Coach and mentor kitchen staff, fostering teamwork and continuous training.
  • Manage kitchen financials in alignment with monthly budgets.
