We’re looking for an experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our dynamic team at a renowned, innovative multi-unit, multi-concept F&B management group. General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee day-to-day operations at a busy, popular upscale restaurant.
  • Hire, train, and develop a high-performing staff to deliver exceptional service.
  • Ensure the consistent quality of food, drinks, and overall guest experience.
  • Take disciplinary action when necessary to maintain a positive and professional environment.

Key Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum 5-10 years of management experience in high-volume, full-service restaurants.
  • Strong ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with diverse teams and a commitment to fostering an inclusive and positive workplace culture.
  1. High-Volume Restaurant & Bar Operations
  • Experience in restaurants that do 5M+ in annual revenue.
  • Knowledge of front and back-of-house operations.
  • Comfortable overseeing multiple revenue streams (dining, bar, private events).
  1. Hospitality & Guest Experience
  • deep understanding of hospitality-driven service—someone who knows how to make guests feel welcomed and valued.
  • Experience with a guest-first mentality and handling high-profile clientele.
  1. Financial & Business Acumen
  • Expertise in P&L management, budgeting, cost control, and inventory oversight.
  • Understanding of beverage programs and liquor cost management.
  • Experience in marketing and community engagement strategies.
