Housekeeping Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular quality audits and inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and laundry services.
  • Develop and implement housekeeping standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Train and mentor housekeeping staff to ensure consistency and excellence in service.
  • Monitor guest feedback and address any cleanliness-related concerns promptly.
  • Work closely with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure all rooms and facilities meet brand standards.
  • Maintain inventory control for cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Housekeeping Supervisor Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in housekeeping management or quality assurance within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of cleanliness and hygiene standards in a hotel setting.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to train, coach, and motivate a housekeeping team.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software and quality control processes is a plus.
