Event Manager – Premiere NYC Dining Destination!

Are you a passionate and experienced Event Manager looking for an exciting opportunity in one of NYC’s top dining destinations? We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee and coordinate all on-site banquets and events, ensuring seamless execution, exceptional guest experiences, and strong revenue growth through strategic sales efforts.

Requirements & Responsibilities:

  • At least 3 years of experience in event management with a strong background in hospitality, food & beverage, and sales.
  • Proven ability to drive event sales, upsell packages, and maximize revenue through strategic client engagement.
  • Established network and familiarity with Upper Manhattan and Harlem institutions and clientele.
  • Expertise in event planning and execution, with a proven ability to lead teams and engage guests.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively sell, coordinate, and execute events with clients, staff, and vendors.
  • Experience in negotiating contracts, managing budgets, and optimizing event profitability.
  • Flexible schedule, including availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
