MedSpa Manager

An exciting opportunity awaits for a dynamic MedSpa Manager to lead the daily operations of a busy and growing MedSpa. This role blends business management, staff leadership, and community engagement with a strong emphasis on delivering an exceptional client experience.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in dermatology, aesthetics, or MedSpa operations
  • Prior management or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proven ability to problem-solve, stay organized, and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; ability to quickly learn and manage new systems
  • Availability to work Saturdays

Must Haves

  • Oversee all day-to-day MedSpa operations, including scheduling, staffing, inventory management, financials, and compliance
  • Lead and coach staff through daily huddles, quarterly check-ins, and annual reviews
  • Monitor sales goals and KPIs, providing actionable strategies to achieve targets
  • Conduct interviews, train new team members, and create staff development plans
  • Manage budgets, review P&L, and ensure smooth execution of operational plans
  • Represent the MedSpa in the community through outreach, marketing, and events
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and MedSpa policies/procedures

Preferred Background & Skills

  • Customer service expertise with a client-first approach
  • Strong background in sales and community relationship-building
  • Skilled in motivating, coaching, and team-building
  • Comfortable handling tough conversations with professionalism and empathy
  • Systems and process savvy, with experience in:
    • Slack
    • Gmail/G-Suite
    • Zenoti
    • iSolved
