PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Executive Chef / Heart of House Leader

Lead all Heart of House operations, including culinary production, staffing, and events for this fast casual restaurant
Supervise Sous Chefs and kitchen teams; enforce daily standards and accountability
Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate culinary staff
Manage budgets and control food, labor, and supply costs
Develop menus aligned with member preferences and financial targets
Oversee purchasing, inventory, and waste reduction
Ensure health, safety, and sanitation compliance (“A” ratings)
Execute banquets and special events with consistent quality

QUALIFICATIONS

8+ years of culinary leadership experience
Culinary school or formal apprenticeship preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
