Director of Operations Requirements:

5 years experience as GM or higher
Ability to lead our store in all operations, financials, and in mentoring a team
Must be willing to work late nights, weekends and holidays as needed. This is a hands-on position.
Possess a great leadership personality, and have the ability to motivate a team
Experience leading in a restaurant with live entertainment such as performers, dancers, bands, etc

Director of Operations Responsibilities:

Increase check average
Increase online ratings
Grow business on targeted shifts
Train upselling techniques to staff
Work in concert with ownership and entire team to improve the guest experience and bottom line
