Samantha has held diverse roles ranging from Staff Accountant to HR Business Partner and HR Manager across the Construction, Energy, Senior Living, and Healthcare industries. She holds a Business Degree with an Accounting Minor, as well as certifications in HR Management and an active SHRM-CP certification.
Encouraged by a former manager and mentor, Samantha transitioned from Finance to HR and found it to be a fulfilling decision. Through her HR journey, she discovered a passion for recruiting, finding immense joy in helping others land their dream jobs. Now at Goodwin Recruiting, she embraces this passion daily.
