Daniel Sarroino joined Goodwin Recruiting in February 2025, bringing with him a wealth of experience from the upscale hotel, casual dining, and upscale casual dining sectors.

He began his career in the casual theme restaurant industry with Hard Rock Café, where he spent 20 successful years. Starting as an Assistant Manager at the Montreal location, Daniel quickly rose through the ranks—relocating to New York and advancing to Assistant General Manager, then to General Manager/Regional Manager for the Retail Division, where he oversaw operations across multiple café locations. He went on to manage Hard Rock’s flagship Times Square location before being tapped to lead the Miami Café as General Manager.

Following his tenure with Hard Rock, Daniel transitioned into upscale dining within the full-service hotel sector. He joined The Westin Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort as Director of Restaurants, where he oversaw all on-property dining operations, including an upscale restaurant, a breakfast venue, a poolside bar and grill, and an on-site Starbucks.

In his role at Goodwin Recruiting, Daniel views recruiting as a relationship-driven process. He is committed to guiding both clients and candidates through the often stressful and uncertain journey of hiring and job searching. Known for his honesty, transparency, and direct approach, Daniel takes pride in building trust and delivering meaningful results on both sides of the hiring equation.
