Business NH Magazine has ranked Goodwin & Associates Hospitality Services (GAHS) a Top Family-Owned Business in New Hampshire. Each year, Business NH Magazine honors the top family-owned businesses in the Granite State. The family-owned businesses in this year’s list earned $32 billion in revenue and employ over 28,000 employees. This list showcases the commitment of family members to work together and create a legacy.

GAHS includes Goodwin Recruiting, 360 Intel, The Friendly Toast restaurants, and Lure Bar & Kitchen. Eric Goodwin began his family business in 1999 and is currently celebrating its twentieth year. One of Eric’s primary goals in beginning his own business was to be the best dad he could possibly be and to be available for his children, Tyler Goodwin and Samantha Goodwin.

Now, twenty years later, Tyler Goodwin is the co-owner and CEO of 360 Intel, a leading mystery shopping provider. Samantha Goodwin is a top recruiter for Goodwin Recruiting, a firm specializing in hospitality, finance & accounting, manufacturing & engineering, and senior living & healthcare recruiting services. Goodwin Recruiting and 360 Intel are both New Hampshire-based businesses but provide services across the entire US. Rounding out the family team is Eric Goodwin’s niece, Staci Pinard, Director of Operations for The Friendly Toast.
