Renée Tabak, MS HRM, SPHR, joined Goodwin Recruiting in February 2025. She brings over 15 years of experience in talent acquisition and human resources across healthcare, technology, manufacturing, and nonprofit sectors.
Renée started her career in human resources before transitioning to talent acquisition leadership roles. She has experience scaling organizations during high-growth phases and has a proven track record of building high-performing, values-driven employer cultures through strategic hiring. During her career, she has also specialized in diversity and inclusion recruiting, placing highly skilled neurodivergent and disabled candidates for major global clients in support of their inclusivity initiatives.
Throughout her career, Renée has developed and implemented recruiting processes, led workforce planning initiatives, scaled operations, and significantly reduced vacancy and turnover rates. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from La Roche University and is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certified through HRCI. She is also a Certified Diversity & Inclusion Recruiter.
