The candidate guarantee will remain intact as long as the Hire Now Pay Later option through our payments partner is initiated by the due date as outlined in your Goodwin Recruiting Fee Agreement.

What happens if my limit doesn’t cover the full fee?

If the limit does not cover the full fee, the differential must be separately paid to Goodwin Recruiting.

Does it affect my credit score?

As outlined by our global payments partner, you may apply for the Pay Later options without impacting your credit score.

What happens if the candidate doesn’t start?

If a candidate does not start, Goodwin Recruiting will refund the full fee.

What happens if the candidate starts but does not remain employed through the guarantee period?

You will be entitled to either a single replacement or a credit to be used on a replacement or a future hire, as outlined in your Goodwin Recruiting Fee Agreement. However, you will not receive a refund.

Do I need to sign up for a special account to do this?

You will need a personal PayPal account; not a business account.

What are the payment terms?

For payments between $500-$10,000, you can choose between 6, 12, or 24 months. For payments over $10,000, you will have the 36 or 48 month options.

Can I pay my balance more quickly?

Yes. You can pay your balance in advance and save on interest fees, without penalty.
