Michael began his professional career as a Senior Leader in hospitality operations. In 2021, Michael joined the Goodwin team as a Recruiting Partner. He is passionate about helping others succeed and prides himself on overcoming productivity obstacles while fostering a transparent work environment. Michael’s hands-on operations experience allows him to act with a sincere sense of urgency and be the most resourceful person in any room.
With over 15 years in the hospitality industry, Michael rose to the role of Director of Culinary before transitioning to recruiting and business advising. His extensive operations background enables him to establish long-lasting relationships and promises a continued successful career in the industry.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife and children, participating in triathlons, and indulging in outdoor activities, especially at the beach.
