Ann began her career in New York City as a Pastry Chef at Patisserie Lanciani in Greenwich Village before expanding her culinary expertise under the mentorship of several European chefs. Throughout her early years in restaurants and hotels, she continuously developed her skills while building valuable relationships with industry leaders and colleagues.

After many years in food and beverage operations, working both front and back of house, Ann advanced into General Manager roles for a variety of hotels and restaurants. She led operations at large resort properties and convention hotels, overseeing complex events for Fortune 500 companies as well as high-profile social gatherings.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Ann returned to her culinary roots as a Private Chef in the Hamptons, preparing intimate dining experiences for families and businesses. In 2022, she was recruited to lead two hotels in Charleston, where she enjoyed a highly successful tenure through the end of 2025.

In 2026, Ann joined Goodwin Recruiting as a Recruiting Partner, bringing decades of hospitality leadership experience and a passion for connecting exceptional talent with outstanding organizations.
