Meet Maitri

Maitri has been a global entrepreneur for decades with a diverse business background in several functional roles, industries, and sectors. Her broad and deep expertise has been a tremendous addition to the Goodwin Recruiting team.

Her superpower is the ability to learn, understand, and apply new terminology quickly. This has proved helpful over the past 10 years as a global recruiting generalist who can screen candidates in English, Spanish, and French! She has recruited production line workers to CEO’s and financial advisors to engineers in many industries.

Maitri deeply believes in the triple bottom line and leveraging business for good strategies. It is her professional mission to “match talent and opportunities, so more people can live their ikigais and organizations are propelled forward by passionate and skilled, top-notch employees.”

Maitri is pronounced “my tree” and means “loving kindness” in Sanskrit. Some of her personal passions are sustainability, international living, and speaking/learning new languages.
