With more than 20 years of accounting experience, Maggie understands the technical skills and qualifications required for accounting and finance positions and knows the importance of finding the right technical and cultural fit. She takes the time to understand her clients’ needs and her candidates’ career goals, creating connections that are meaningful for both sides.
Maggie joined Goodwin Recruiting in 2026, bringing extensive experience across a broad range of accounting and finance functions, including financial reporting and analysis, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, budgeting, cash flow management, month-end and year-end close, payroll, tax reporting, and audit. Her accounting career spans multiple industries, including education, healthcare, technology and software, maritime and shipping, professional services, and construction.
A graduate of Hunter College, Maggie earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Having spent much of her career on the accounting side of the business, she enjoys connecting talented professionals with opportunities where they can grow and thrive, while helping companies build strong teams.
