Kim brings her human resources background specifically into the recruiting vertical and is passionate about candidate relationship building and helping them find a new opportunity.
Kim has spent her career working in accounting, office management, and most recently human resource management roles where she has gained exposure to varying industries. That diversification has given her a strong sense of business acumen and operational exposure. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management and Organizational Development.
Recruiting is an area she has always had a passion for and is now given the opportunity to focus solely on recruiting, she decided to look into a partnership with Goodwin and couldn’t be happier with that decision!
