Meet Greg

Greg Lynch brings a diverse recruiting background spanning healthcare, insurance, financial services, hospitality, and executive search. He has built his career by partnering with both Fortune 500 firms and privately held companies, providing him with a unique perspective on the hiring challenges that organizations face at every stage of growth.

Greg began his recruiting journey in healthcare, later expanding into full-desk insurance recruiting and business development. He went on to support executive search in investment management and talent sourcing for J.P. Morgan’s Private Bank, before leading high-volume recruitment efforts in the restaurant and hospitality space. Today, Greg leverages this breadth of experience as a Recruiting Partner with Goodwin, specializing in connecting small to mid-sized businesses with top talent across the U.S.

Known for his consultative and personable approach, Greg partners closely with hiring leaders to deliver high-quality candidates while creating a seamless process for both clients and candidates. His ability to adapt across industries has allowed him to successfully fill roles ranging from highly specialized executive positions to large-scale operational needs. In his free time, you can find him running marathons – he has ran in the Atlantic City Marathon, the St. Petersburg Marathon, and coming soon, the Philadelphia Marathon.
