HR Manager Responsibilities Include:
• Create and maintain a welcoming, professional, fun, and people-focused environment
• Develop and implement comprehensive corporate HR strategies and plans
• Foster an open-door culture that encourages communication, collaboration, and trust
• Lead, oversee, and continuously improve organizational HR initiatives and processes
• Ensure full compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations
• Drive employee development programs, performance management, and training initiatives
• Serve as a strategic partner to leadership and a trusted resource to team members
HR Manager Qualifications Include:
- At least 4+ years of experience as an HR Manager in the hospitality industry!
- Proven experience/knowledge of all local, state, and federal labor law guidelines!
- Experience managing groups of over 1,000 employees!
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills!
- Strong project management skills!
