Human Resources Manager

Human Resources Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience.
- Experience in a manufacturing HR environment preferred.
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
- Strong leadership skills and analytical proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
Human Resources Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience in distribution center human resources planning and development.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to present materials to large groups with effective public speaking skills.
- Self-motivated with a detail-oriented approach to work.
Human Resources Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Develop and administer various human resources metrics, goals, objectives, and procedures.
- Plan, organize, and control all activities of the HR department.
- Conduct recruitment efforts for all exempt and nonexempt positions.
- Oversee new associate onboarding, training, and career progression programs.
- Maintain organization charts and evaluate departmental reports.
- Communicate with all levels of management and employees to keep them informed of company goals and initiatives.
