Tax & International Law Associate Attorney – Florida
We are actively seeking a skilled Tax & International Law Associate Attorney to join our esteemed legal team in Florida. Tax & International Law Associate Attorney Requirements & Qualifications
- J.D. and active Florida Bar membership.
- LL.M. in Taxation or CPA license required.
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant tax experience (law firm or accounting firm).
- Excellent academic credentials and strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
Tax & International Law Associate Attorney Preferred Background & Skills
- Spanish or Portuguese proficiency preferred.
Tax & International Law Associate Attorney Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Advise clients on domestic and international tax planning and consulting matters.
- Collaborate with partners on sophisticated cross-border transactions and structures.
- Research and analyze complex tax issues, regulations, and treaty implications.
- Draft and review client memoranda, tax opinions, and compliance documentation.
