Casual Full-Service Sous Chef Requirements

  • High volume experience of $5-Million Annually
  • Minimum of at least 3 years in a lead or supervisory role
  • Understanding of ingredients, flavor profiles, and commercial kitchen processes
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and train
  • Servant-leader personality
  • Driven
