District Manager – Full-Service Restaurant Group

Competitive base salary: $72,000–$80,000

District Manager Requirements & Qualifications

Multi-unit mastery: 3+ years leading at least 6 full-service restaurant units
GM roots: 3+ years as a General Manager with a clear track record of growth
Operational range: FOH and BOH leadership experience
Financial fluency: Proficient in P&L management and labor models
People-first mindset: Ability to lead with positivity and create a culture of care
Self-starter energy: Independent and driven in a guest-obsessed environment
Career clarity: Demonstrated commitment and thoughtful transitions in career path
Credibility: Strong references from current or former supervisors

District Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Lead, train, and motivate teams across multiple locations to deliver outstanding service.
Manage daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards.
Analyze financial performance and implement strategies for improvement.
Collaborate with teams to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages accountability and performance.
