Counsel / Senior Counsel – Patent Prosecution

Requirements & Qualifications
- Electrical Engineering degree (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years of patent prosecution experience
- USPTO registration or eligibility to register
- Admission to a U.S. Bar and in good standing (or eligible to waive in)
- Strong academic credentials and communication skills
- Deep knowledge of 5G, Wi-Fi, wireless technologies, AI, processor/memory systems, image processing, and RF front-end
Must Haves
- Draft and prosecute patent applications in advanced technology domains
- Liaise with clients to develop and manage IP portfolios
- Contribute to strategic growth of the firm’s IP practice
- Collaborate across offices and practice groups on global matters
- Demonstrate initiative and leadership in client engagement and portfolio development
Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, NLP, wireless communications, or computer vision
- Familiarity with emerging AI technologies and digital transformation trends
- Proven ability to manage complex patent portfolios and cross-border matters
