We’ve been retained by a fast-growing boutique law firm on Fifth Avenue in New York City. The firm represents high-profile clients in complex litigation and business matters and is known for its sharp team, fast-paced culture, and modern, entrepreneurial environment.

They’re now seeking a Front Desk & Operations Coordinator to be the firm’s first point of contact—someone organized, confident, and proactive who thrives in a professional yet dynamic office.

This is a key role supporting both client experience and internal operations.

Front Desk & Operations Coordinator — Benefits & Compensation

• Full-time, on-site position in a premier Fifth Avenue office

Front Desk & Operations Coordinator — Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)

• 2+ years of administrative, office management—law firm or similar office experience preferred

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Experienced using Microsoft Office, Outlook, and CRM systems

• Ability to work full-time, in-office, Monday–Friday

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Answer, screen, and route incoming calls and inquiries

• Greet clients and visitors, ensuring a professional front-office presence

• Manage online and inbound leads

• Assist with document management, filing, and correspondence

• Coordinate mail, courier, and deliveries

• Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination

• Support firm operations including scheduling, data entry, and basic reporting

• Provide administrative support to attorneys and leadership as needed

Front Desk & Operations Coordinator — Preferred Background & Skills

• Prior experience in a law firm or legal office

• Familiarity with CRM, case management, or lead tracking systems

• Experience handling client intake, scheduling, and billing support

• Ability to anticipate needs and operate with minimal supervision

• Positive energy, high emotional intelligence, and professional presence
